Please see below the terms and conditions (T&Cs) for Avonvale’s summer campaign, which starts from 31st May 2019 and ends on 31st August 2019, which will from here on in be referred to as the “qualifying period”.

To participate, customers must be a new member, signing up one pet, to Avonvale’s Healthy Pet Clubs within the qualifying period. This will entitle them to a “free gift” as offered by Avonvale.

If the customer then takes out a separate plan for an additional pet during the qualifying period, they will not be eligible for an additional free gift.

The free gift given is subject to availability and the product given is at the discretion of the brand, and may differ from practice or site, or change at any time during the qualifying period or after. You may need to provide proof of purchase onto the scheme, for a minimum of one month, to receive your free gift.

Please note that the Terms and Conditions you will be given when you sign up to the Healthy Pet Clubs will also apply. Please read these carefully when you sign up as they may also include information on price changes to the scheme.
