Repeat prescriptions request

You can now order your repeat prescriptions from us online. Please note that, as a legal requirement, the veterinary surgeon will need to check the animal every three to six months, but this may vary on individual circumstances.

To ensure that we can process your repeat prescription in full please complete the below form, providing as much information as possible.

If your pet requires more than one repeat prescription for multiple medications, there is no need to complete multiple forms, this can be done as one request form. If you require a written prescription, please contact our team directly.

We are extremely diligent in ensuring your medication is correctly ordered and dispensed by one of our trained nurses before the dose is checked and signed off by one of our vets, prior to collection. For these reasons we advise 48 hours notice when requesting a repeat prescription.

Please note that some medications may take longer than 48 hours to be fulfilled due to supplier availability, please ensure you have enough to last you in case there is a slight delay obtaining the medication.

Please provide the same name and address that you registered your pet under to avoid any delay in processing your pets’ prescription.
