We try not to take our ever-cheerful receptionists for granted and we have recently invested some time for them to take part in some specialist training.

Gerry and Debbie from Wellebourne, Liz, Naomi and Sallie from Warwick and Liz from Southam haveĀ  just completed the Level 2 Customer Service Certificate delivered by New College, Swindon.The course was tailored towards veterinary reception work which has very different demands from those of a hotel or even doctor's surgery reception.

It was a great opportunity for all the team to get together and share ideas. They have all returned from the the 3 day course brimming with enthusiasm and will be keeping the rest of us on our toes.
