We are upgrad
ing our practice management computer software with a whole new system!
This will make it easier for us to update your pet's records, show you test results and x-rays and allow us to contact you by email or text if you would find this more convenient. Our reception teams will be asking how you would like your pet's reminders to be delivered to you in the future. So do check we have your up to date email and phone details.
We will be changing over to our new system next week and have had lots of training but we may be all 'paws' for the first day or two so please bear with us if we are a little slower typing on the screen than usual!
